Snow in Las Vegas

This last week has been one of my favorites of all time. Growing up in a city that only sees 30 days of cloud cover a year has made me supremely grateful for overcast days. And not only did we get cloud cover this week we got TWO days of snow and snow that stayed for more than an hour. This has been the best week ever. I was ready to sip hot cocoa and open presents. It was awesome. Peter, Jill, and Aly came over on Wednesday too and we got to talk to Nathan and Colleen for a long time so it was truly a joyful day.

We took a drive out to Red Rock after the first day of snow. Here are some of the pictures from that trip.
